VBA was engaged by Woolgoolga and District Retirement Village to design a 34 bed extension to the existing aged care facility.

The design meets the current ageing in place criteria and provides light and airy resident accommodation in two wings configured to loosely enclose a lushly planted informal central courtyard.

The project was delivered by a traditional tender process and VBA administered the building contract.
