VBA was engaged by Woolgoolga and District Retirement Village to design a 34 bed extension to the existing aged care facility.

The design meets the current ageing in place criteria whilst providing a light and airy comfortable environment for the residents.

The project was delivered by a traditional tender process and VBA administered the building contract.
